As with your house and car under a Debt Management Plan it is possible that a creditor may take legal action against you which is the beginning of bailiff action.
Should a bailiff enter your home then they may take away your personal belongings to help to clear debts and pay their fees.
It is always better to resolve a debt problem before bailiffs become involved.
