At the point of the bankruptcy order all of ones assets worldwide are included in the bankruptcy estate.

The official receiver will, as a matter of course, exclude certain items from the estate and will revert ownership back to you. These items include normal household items, personal effects, tools of the trade and a car ( subject to being able to demonstrate need ) up to the value of £2000.
